- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-12-Q-0094 This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334119 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Contractor is to provide the item listed below Item SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE AMOUNT 0001 22" LCD Monitor with the following 100 EA Characteristics: • LCD 22" Display Format • 16:9 Widescreen Display • Colors 16.7 Million (minimum) • Vertical Refresh 49-75Hz (minimum) • Horizontal Frequency 54.2-83.8Khz (Minimum) • Interface Type: DVI, VGA • Minimum Resolution: 1920 x 1080 • Tilt Feature • Standard Response Time: 5ms • 80,000:1 of dynamic contrast ratio • Horizontal Viewing Angle 160 Degrees (Minimum) • Vertical Viewing Angle 160 Degrees (Minimum) • Energy Star Compliant Only new equipment is acceptable to the Government. If the offeror submits equipment that is refurbished, used or re-certified they will be deemed technically unacceptable. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest overall price and is technically acceptable.
