- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex at Pollock, Louisiana intends to issue solicitation RFQP05191200019 for the requirements of: 1st QUARTER SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is restricted to small business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will be October 1, 2012 through December 30, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, past performance being rated higher than prices. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Sept 5, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. or www.sam.gov Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. "The solicitation will be available on or after "August 21, 2012", and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
