Description

Contractor is required to supply all labor and material to replace One (1) AERCO Water Wizard Model B+08 style 110311 with a working pressure of 235 psi @ 40 degrees F ambient temperature or equal. Heater to be Steam Generated and capable of supplying hot water with an adjustable temperature control of up to 205 degrees F, unit is to have a adjustable high limit control up to 250 degrees F. Water inlet to heater is to be no less than 3 inch diameter FNPT with a 3 inch discharge, FNPT. Max steam pressure will be 150 psi and capable of delivering an intermittent flow rate of 250 GPM. Pressure drop across coil to be 4psig Max. Electrical requirement are 120 volts with a stand by amp draw of 1 amp. The following line items are expected to be released for price quotations: 1) Removal of old water heater and installation of new instantaneous steam water heater, hot water is required for washing animal cages, rooms, supplies etc and also various labs on 7th floor 2) Insulate all new steam valves and piping as required
