This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. OFFICE ADDRESS: USPFO for Utah, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-2000 SUBJECT: Tactical Vehicle Tow Bar SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K21-2116-0002 QUOTE DUE DATE: 30 August 2012 POC: Linda Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)432-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 336399, size standard is 750 Employees. REQUIREMENT: Tactical Vehicle Tow Bars, Qty: Sixteen (16); HMMWV D-Ring Adapter, Qty: Thirty-Two (32). See attachment for specifications. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award will be made on the basis of offeror's ability to provide the items within the required timeframe, and lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes are due NLT 10:00 am MST 30 August 2012 and include: shipping costs to 84020, expected delivery date, DUNS Number, Cage Code, business size and specifications/descriptive literature of item being offered. All quotes must arrive at the place and by the time specified. Delivery shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Bid MUST be good for 30 days after submission.
