Description
This notice is for 10, 12 inch PTO Powered Centrifugal Trailer Pumps and 10, 16 inch PTO Powered Centrifugal Trailer Pumps, equipment, hose and fitting assemblies, and tools and spare parts. The 12-inch pump shall be capable of delivering 5000 gallons per minute against a total discharge head of 20 feet while operating at 540 revolutions per minute (RPM). The 16-inch pump shall be capable of delivering 7200 gallons per minute against a total discharge head of 20 feet while operating at 540 revolutions per minute (RPM). Both pump sizes shall be designed to handle all horsepower requirements within the required design operating range of 400 RPM to 700 RPM. The pumps shall be capable of self priming when the suction inlet is submerged. The pumps shall be capable of passing solids with a minimum sphere size of 3 inches and 5 inches diameter, respectively, without damage to the pump. The pumps shall be capable of operating continuously with minimal submergence conditions without resulting in damage to the pumps. All bearings on the pump and lineshaft shall be either water, grease or permanently lubricated. Greased bearings shall be capable of being maintained without stopping pump operation and shall have rigid grease lines extended to the hitch end of the trailer for ease of maintenance.
