- This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-12-Q-100200 is issued as a Notice of Intent to award on a Sole Source basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The Coast Guard intends to issue a post assessment firm fixed price repair order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for repair IAW OEM Specifications using OEM Proprietary Data for the following items: NSN 5963-01-HS1-4753, P/N 40453-03, TURRET, S/N 1006 The OEM is L3 WESCAM, 649 North Service Road West, Burlington, ON Canada L7P 5B9 with Place of Performance at their Santa Rosa, CA Facility. The closing date of this solicitation is August 27, 2012 at 12:00 pm EST. Anticipated award date is no later than August 29, 2012.
