- DOL-WD SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Soliciation # SP4703-12-Q-0126 is issued as a Request for Quote along with a Statement of Work (SOW), both are attached to this notice. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. This is a firm-fixed price contract. Partial offers will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the offer to be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. The small business size standard is $25,500,000.00. Department of Labor Service Wage Determination No: 2005-2545, Revision 16, Dated 6/13/2012-see attachment. The requirement is for the purchase of equipment, installation, programming and maintenance for AV equipment for the Cafeteria in support of DLA, Information Operations at Richmond per attached SOW. The firm fixed price award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices. If not already registered in SAM, go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to register. This system superceded CCR, ORCA and EPLS. Quotes are due by: September 5, 2012, Close of Business=5 PM, EST. See attached RFQ for clauses and provisions.
