- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 21st Contracting Squadron is searching for vendors that can provide 3 each free standing gaming systems. Each gaming system should have the following characteristics: durable hard casing, child proof to prevent accidents, touch screen with no keyboard or controls, wide variety of games suitable for children of all ages, no coin slots, free to play. The gaming system should be similar in size, dimensions, quantity of games, and technical capabailities as the Kidzpace Touch2Play system. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 -Other Mischallaneous Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government's requirement for this item is being developed. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and socio-economic category. Interested parties are requested to submit comments to a total limit of five pages which address the following areas: 1) Is your business categorized as a large or small business? 2) If small, does your firm qualify in other categories? If so, please state which categories such as 8(a),disadvantaged, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran, etc. 3) How many games does your system provide? 4) What are the physical dimensions of your gaming system? 5) Under what NAICS code do you sell your gaming system? 6) Is your gaming system available through you or multiple retail outlets? 7) Is your gaming system child proof?
