Description

Subject to the Service Contract Act Solicitation with Statement of Work and contract clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Sub part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested on the attached solicitation referenced HSFLAR-12-Q-00067. The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico has a requirement for a roll off dumpster and disposal services for solid waste in accordance with attached solicitation and statement of work. All bidders must be registered with SAM. Please complete the attached RFQ, with Certifcations and Representations if not completed in SAM. Responses must be submitted NLT 4:00 P.M. on September 10, 2012. Submit completed quote either by scanning and email to linda.morrow@dhs.gov or fax to 575-748-8002. All questions and responses must be submitted in writing.
