Description

Past Performance Reference Form Limited Sources Justification Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, but reserves the right to engage in discussions if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation. M67001-12-R-0017 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide the Government the a GSRP Camera System.
