- Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking expressions of interest to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Cudahy, WI Delineated Area: Within City Limits of Cudahy, WI Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,101 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,156 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The parking area does not necessarily need to accommodate fifteen (15) standard size vehicles, but must be as large as the space needed for fifteen (15) standard parking stalls, preferably in a square or rectangular arrangement. Parking area must be able to accommodate a variety of vehicles such as passenger cars, mini-vans, full size vans, buses, dump trucks, etc. Parking area does not need to be striped. Fenced parking is preferred. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
