- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resulting contract from this Request for Quote will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced FOB Destination purchase order for Contractor services providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and any other items and services necessary to plan, administer, manage, and execute to purchase and install a variety of ammonia refrigeration valves and piping at the U.S. Army / ERDC / CRREL Ice Engineering facility in Hanover, New Hampshire. Installation includes mounting of equipment and required the services of a certified welder for tieing into existing ammonia piping.
