Description

Special Notice Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to NTREPID located at 12801 Worldgate Drive Suite 800 Herndon VA 20170 NTREPID has an established reputation within the US Intelligence and L/E communities to be the only company that can provide the services that NCIS Cyber requires for its Research networks. As such, the platform that is requested for this procurement request is the only platform that can be used on their network that can provide said services.. CLIN 0001 monthly non- attributable delivery platform term 12 months CLIN 0002 service support term 12 months Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
