- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0411 will be posted on or near 28 August 2012 on www.fbo.gov. Continue to check www.fbo.gov for updates. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue a Solicitation for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform HVAC Control System Maintenance at Building 1454 in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 15 September 2012 (or subsequent date) through 14 September 2013 with two (2) three month option periods. **Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents are discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.**
