- Statement of Work ***This project is currently UNFUNDED*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D2MX2177A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333298 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, pending availability of funds. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking an Ultrasonic Cleaner to clean landing gears and wheel assemblies for C-17 aircraft. Please see attached SOW for complete details. Pending availability of funds, The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that meets or exceeds all requirements outlined in the attached technical description. The offeror must provide descriptive literature in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in this solicitation. This shall include product literature, specifications, drawings, schematic diagrams, and/or other descriptive diagrams in order to allow proper evaluation by the government. The offeror MUST demonstrate that they have successfully performed this type of requirement for other DoD, military, or airport maintenance facilities. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the offeror. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 18 September 2012.
