- OF-17 PPI Survey List of PPI QASP PWS Exhibit RFP Cover Letter Title: POL Trucking Services Japan Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) Trucking Services Japan except Okinawa and Hokkaido. The period of performance is anticipated to be for six (6) months plus option (6 months). The anticipated performance start date is 1 Oct 2012. The Contractor shall transport clean bulk petroleum products, consisting of mobile gasoline (MUM), diesel oil (F-76), (FJ-1) and jet fuels (JP-5 and JP-8) as defined in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation is exempted from set-aside for small business for all trucking service. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
