- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Contains the instructions to offerors, and Dates of questions. Because this is a FAR 12.6 requirement, there will not be a 1449 issued. The Combined Synopsis replaces the 1449 in this circumstance. Be sure to pay special attention to the due dates, and the requirements for how the solicitation will be evaluated, along with each requirement PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE. THIS FORM IS SENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER, AND SHALL BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE BY YOUR CUSTOMER, IF ANY. QASP - QAPC Approved. Performance Work Statement Exhibits A-D for the Pricing of each item. Wage Determination No.: 2005-2525 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform Laundry Services at Sheppard AFB, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and in accordance with contract requirements. Contractor shall ensure that pickup and delivery of linen items at each of the lodging facilities, Bldg. 1600 shall not be mixed with pickup and delivery of linen items at the Base Linen Exchange, Bldg. 645. Contractor shall ensure each customer receives the same linen and quantity shipped. The contractor shall be responsible for loading and unloading laundry. Contractor shall ensure that soiled laundry does not come into contact with clean laundry. The contractor shall process and return all linen to Sheppard AFB no later than 48 hours after the days pick-up.
