- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote No. W9127N-12-Q-0082 to provide rock and gravel for the Corps for Engineers, Portland District at various maintenance projects around the Willamette Valley. The contractor will be required to provide the following: Deliver to Cottage Grove: 400 cu yd 1.5" Washed Round River Rock 50 cu yd "- quarry rock 200 cu yd " quarry rock 100 cu yd 1 " quarry rock 100 cu yd 3"- quarry rock Deliver to Dorena: 50 cu yd "- quarry rock 200 cu yd "- quarry rock 225 cu yd 1 " quarry rock 100 cu yd 3"- quarry rock Deliver to Lookout Point: 325 cu yd 3"- quarry rock 400 cu yd "- quarry rock 300 cu yd 5-7" open quarry rock For a quote to be considered responsive, the contractor shall submit the following information listed below, as a signed attachment via email no later than (NLT) the offer due date/time stated on Block 8 for the SF 1449: 1) A signed and dated SF1449 (Solicitation/Contract Order for Commercial Items) 2) A completed Bid Schedule (FOB Destination) for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). See Local Provision 52.214-4016 entitled ALL OR NONE. 3) If applicable, sign and date all SF30's (Amendment/Modification Form) for any and all amendments issued against Request for Quote W9127N-12-Q-0082. 4) Delivery date is NLT 27 September 2012. Contractor's quote is not limited to this date if delivery can be made earlier than this date. Quoter must specify lead times for all CLINS. 5) Quotes must contain Completed Clauses as required: FAR Clause 52.212-3 Alt I, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Alt I) (Mar 2005). If submitted online (http://www.sam.gov) please indicate as such on quote. Please include a lead time and estimated deliver date on your quote. This procurement is a total small business set-aside with a NAICS Code 212319.
