- Solicitation number: W912L9-12-R-0110 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: The following item is needed: one (1) Avtron Aerospace Universal Hydraulic System Electric Powered Portable Cart, Model H106-35E (or equal) Items / Information: Minimum Specifications / Requirements Requirements include all plant, labor, materials and equipment required to purchase, modify and install, one (1) Avtron Aerospace Universal Hydraulic System Electric Powered Portable Cart, Model H106-35E (or equal,) designed to meet the requirements of U.S. Air Force MK-3A, at building 734 per the statement of work at the Indiana Air National Guard Base at Fort Wayne International Airport, Fort Wayne, IN 46809-3158. *SEE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. See RFP for IMPORTANT additional details Shipping / Location Information: FOB: Indiana Air National Guard 122d Fighter Wing - Civil Engineering Squadron Fort Wayne IAP, IN 46809 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The winning vendor will be required to be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registry). Lack of registration in CCR will make an Offeror ineligible for award. CCR is located at www.ccr.gov or www.sam.gov A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Payment: Payment by Wide Area Work Flow. Contractors must register online at https://wawf.eb.mil.
