- Site Visit Attendee List Revised Drawing (27 Aug 2012) Revised SOW (27 Aug 2012) Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 (29 August 2012) The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the changes set forth by Class Deviation- 2012-O0015, and revise the SOW and drawings. As a result of this amendment: 1. Clause 52.204-99 is added 2. Multiple Reps and Certs clauses added to Section K 3. Clause 52.204-8 deleted 4. Revised SOW (dated 27 Aug 2012) incorporated 5. Revised Drawings (dated 27 Aug 2012) incorporated OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ALL REPS & CERTS FOUND IN SECTION K. The proposal deadline is not extended as a result of this modification. The site visit attendee list is also being included with this amendment.
