- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Air-Space Conference & Expo Booth Space Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0427 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Air Force Association to provide exhibit/booth space at their Air-Space Conference & Expo scheduled for September 17-19, 2012. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531120 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 7.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
