- The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to Taylor & Francis Group, LLC, 6000 Broken Sound Parkway NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487-2704. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The ERDC Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) has a requirement to use Taylor & Francis to purchase perpetual access to six of their eBook collections, which will be available to all authorized ERDC users. Taylor & Francis is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their eBooks. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Robyn.D.Wells@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in subject line no later than 4:00 PM CST on September 6, 2012. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
