- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0204 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, Defense Circular Number 20120724, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as a 100% HUB-Zone set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 238130 with a size standard $14.0M employees or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- Install prefab walls, doors, folding wall and move sprinklers IAW Statement of Work. See attached There will be a recommended site visit on Friday, 24 August, 10:00 AM local. It is highly encouraged for potential bidders to attend site visit so any site conditions that may affect the bid can be identified. We will meet at the Craycroft and Golflinks gate.
