- DB Wages RFQ FAR CLAUSES RFQ Cover Letter Drawings Statement of Work (SOW) SF18_ RFQ KE054 ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED. IMPORTANT: TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to provide new exterior street lights and spot lights to improve helicopter wash rack illumination to include electrical wiring, grounding& bonding, wiring a& switching of new exterior luminaries and saw-cutting of asphalt air-field/trenching/back-filling for installation of underground PVC conduits & wires and hand-holes as identified on the drawings and specifications. The work is located at Bldg 15 Air Station Hangar 3 on the USCG Base, Kodiak, Alaska. Contractor must be IAW SOW. Contractor will be selected based on the lowest price technically accepted. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period: 14-30 days. Work to be performed within 45 days of notice to proceed. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, and a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval. Include manufacture's catalog data, certificates, and other evidence indication compliance with the specifications Per Submittals Requirements of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK AND ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD September 11, 2012, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $75,000.
