A presolicitation notice was previously posted to FedBizOpps on 21 Jun 2012. A site visit special notice including draft RFP documents attacments was posted to FedBizOpps on 8 Aug 2012, and the announced organized site visit was conducted on 15 Aug 2012. The attached RFP and associated documents are the formal Request for Proposals. Offerors attention is directed to the Cover Letter attachment, noting the RFP response date of 28 September 2012. Offerors attention is also directed to the Cover Letter and Attachment 2 RFP details regarding the deadline for submitting Requests for Information of 11 September 2012.
