- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the manufacturing of steel trail markers to be delivered to Laughlin, NV and Hoover Dam, Boulder city, NV. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a Request for Quotation (RFQ No. R12PS30362) is being issued subsequent to this Combined Solicitation/Synopsis. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-60. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 238990 is $14.0 million. Line item 0001 - 100 EA - Trail Markers - Shall meet or exceed all specifications to be considered for award. The specifications are attached to the RFQ, posted on the FebBizOpps.gov website. 78 trail markers to be delivered to Pyramid Canyon Recreation Day Use Area on Davis Dam Road in Laughlin, NV and 22 to Hoover Dam Central Warehouse (Attn: Roy Given), Hwy 172 (formerly Hwy 93), Boulder City, NV Determination of award will be based on the lowest-priced responsive quote from a responsible offeror. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Offerors shall include in their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Offerors may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.orca.bpn.gov. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Additional contract requirements: Notification to all Contractors All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to kadams@usbr.gov. Responsible offerors are requested to submit a quote for this requirement. Quotes may be submitted electronically through FedBizOpps or via email to kadams@usbr.gov. Offers are due Friday, September 7, 2012 by 4:00pm, PDT.
