- Notice of Intent is to award a sole source contract modification. IAW authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.217-8 and Part 6, Subpart 6.302-1 (only one source) the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Ft Riley, Ft Riley KS 66442 intends to contract with Quality Services International LLC, 314 East Commerce Street - Suite 500, San Antonio TX 78205-1942 on a sole source basis for Dinning Faculties Attendants on Ft Riley, Kansas. Pricing for this option period was not obtained during the solicitation and therefore could not be evaluated. Current third option year pricing will be utilized during the six month extension period. Six month period of performance will be from 1 November 2012 thru 30 April 2013. PWS: Contractor shall furnish all management, personnel, equipment, and materials (reimbursable) necessary to provide Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Fort Riley, KS at the MEDDAC/DENTAC, Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB's) & Energy Plant facilities - hereafter referred to as the Composite Medical Facility (CMF) and Warrior Transition Battalion ( WTB). All work shall meet or exceed requirements of The Joint Commission (TJC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, directives, manufacturer's instructions, and accepted commercial practices specified herein or included by reference. The most stringent criteria take precedence throughout this contract. Any responds to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical, capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs not later than the 15th day after this notice is posted. Detail capabilities must be submitted to MICC-Ft Riley Attn: W911RX-09-C-0005; Bldg 1792 12th Street, Fort Riley Kansas 66442. This synopsis is not considering a request for bid/quote/proposal. No solicitation documents are available and telephone request for technical will not be honored. No contract delivery order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in responds to this notice. Offers will be used as a comparable source available for a more advantageous to the Government.
