- This pre-solicitation notice is for 17 parking spaces in support of the Presidential Inauguration for Joint Forces Headquarters-Northern Capital Region/ Military District of Washington (JFHQ-NCR/MDW). The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) Fort Myer has a requirement on behalf of the JFHQ-NCR/MDW for items listed above. The award will be a fixed price contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business-set aside procurement. The NAICS Code is 812930 and the FSC Code is X1LZ. The solicitation will be posted via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The closing date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, under the appropriate business category and NAICS code.
