- This acquisition is proposed to be made using other than full and open competition based on one qualified source. Motova8, Inc. currently possesses the required graphics. No Request For Quote is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a written statement of capability for satisfying this requirement to the email address identified above not later than August 30, 2012. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a Sole Source basis to the Contractor specified below: Motovat8, Inc. 30724 Benton Road Suite C302 #582 Winchester, CA 92596-8748 Motovat8, Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
