- DDC Annual Maintenance Solicitation Solicitation number: W912L9-12-R-0101 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation "This is a combined synopsis/solicitationfor commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis: The following services are needed: DDC Maintenance, Annual. Base year plus three option years. Items / Information: 1. Minimum Specifications / Requirements 1 LS DDC Maintenance Annual - Base (FY12) 1 LS DDC Maintenance Annual -Option Year 1 (FY13) 1 LS DDC Maintenance Annual -Option Year 2 (FY14) 1 LS DDC Maintenance Annual -Option Year 3 (FY15) * Project is to consist of furnishing all necessary plant, labor and materials required to perform an annual preventive maintenance inspection, adjustments and recalibrations on an Invensys Network 8000 Direct Digital Control system with Niagra software adaptations for the Indiana Air National Guard base at Fort Wayne. * Vendor should have knowledge of the Invensys Network 8000 Direct Digital Control System and Niagra software and will need to provide proof of ability to perform competent and reliable maintenance, inspection adjustments and recalibrations as outlined in the statement of work and as required by the manufacturer/software guidelines. *SEE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The winning vendor will be required to be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registry). Lack of registration in CCR will make an Offeror ineligible for award. CCR is located at www.ccr.gov or www.sam.gov A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing.
