- RRP Quotation Sheet RRP Work Statement 1. Classification Code: 61 - Electrical Work 2. NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors 3. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 Streamlined solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58, effective May 18, 2012. 5. This action is being set aside as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238210 and small business size standard of 1,500 employees. 6. This Award will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the attached Work Statement. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place of performance are identified in separate, attached documents listed as Work Statement and IRS Quotation Sheet. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in paragraph 13, below. 7. Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote offers the lowest priced offer to the Government for the Material and installation of the item(s) listed in the RFQ. Offeror shall be within 25 miles from the following location, to support, install and warranty/repair work in a timely fashion. IRS Memphis Campus 5333 Getwell Rd. Dock-6 Memphis, TN 38118 9. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead or stationary and must include the following information: Company name, contact information, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, unit price, payment terms and discount offered for prompt payment and must include the required FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items (Feb 2009) of which copies can be obtained by downloading the document from www.arnet.gov/far. 10. Please include Solicitation TIRSE-12-Q-00055 on all documentation 11. Period of Performance: Date of Award through 10/10/2012 12. Additional Requirements: Upon award of contract, the Contractor must submit to the Internal Revenue Service a Certificate of Insurance. 13.
