Description

Statement of Requirements: BLM's existing lease in Klamath Falls, OR expires in the near future and the Government is seeking to enter into a lease for real property which satisfies the following requirements: City, State: Klamath Falls, OR Delineated Area: Within the City/Town limits of Klamath Falls, OR Square foot requirement: 16,343 RSF or 14,211 USF of office quality space 18,060 SF of warehouse quality space 18,085 SF of wareyard quality space Parking requirement: 100 visitor and employee parking spaces Full term: 3 years Firm Term: 1 year(s) Additional Requirements: Consideration will be given to relocating if it is economically advantageous to do so. When evaluating relocation proposals, the Government will add to the rental rate proposed by the interested parties, expenses incurred to relocate to a new location, including but not limited to: tenant improvements, furniture removal and installation and phone and data removal and installation expenses. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must be contiguous and located on a ground floor. A government standard lease document will be used for the transaction. Expressions of Interest should include the following: Building Name and Address Square feet offered with real property description and fact sheet Floor plan and site plan of available space Name, address and telephone number of individual authorized to represent the property with proof of authorization Expressions of Interest Due: 09/14/12 Estimated Occupancy Date: 7/31/13
