- The Department of the Navy proposes to lease Government-owned land for agricultural purposes at the following parcels of real property at the Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona (hereinafter called the Station) under the terms outlined below: Farmable land/ Maintenance area Parcel Acres IFB Number 4A02 35.0/0.0 N6247312RP119 4B01 114.7/3.7 N6247312RP122 4C04 32.8/0.0 N6247312RP121 4C05 81.0/0.0 N6247312RP120 4C06 130.2/0.0 N6247312RP118 Prospective Lessees may bid on one or more of the (5) proposed Leases. All bid packages and instructions will be posted electronically on Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) (www.neco.navy.mil) by parcel number (i.e.,4A02). Interested bidders can view each bid package individually by parcel number and, if interested, print the bid package and instructions for each parcel. Interested bidders will print and complete the bid form and return under the Sealed Bid process. Bid documents for each proposed lease are also available by contacting Ms. Christine Tripp, Realty Specialist, Code RAV00.CT, at (619) 532-4589 or via email at christine.l.tripp@navy.mil OR Ms. Connie Flores, at (619) 532-1850 or via email at conception.flores@navy.mil. Bid documents can also be requested in writing to the following address: Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW), Code RAV00.CT, 937 Harbor Drive, Building 1, San Diego, California 92132-5190. Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 P.M., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), on September 17, 2012, at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, Code AM1.JA, 1220 Pacific Highway, San Diego, California 92132-5190. Bid opening shall begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. PDT on September 17, 2012, at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest at the aforementioned address in Building 127. Bids shall be submitted in the manner described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, Attachment 1 of this Bid Package. Particular attention must be paid to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must meet the requirements of this Bid Package and attachments hereto. Obligations of a bidder include submission of a bid deposit along with the Bid Form.
