- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and service prepared in accordance with FAR 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. There will be a MANDATORY site visit on 6 September 2012 at 1000 at the 177 Fighter Wing, 400 Langley Rd, Egg Harbor Twp NJ. (Building 52) All interested vendors must register their name and vehicle registration prior to the site visit with the attached AEL listing. A Representative must be present at the site visit to qualify for consideration of award. The 177 Fighter Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a small business for a Design and Installation of an Irrigation system/ Lawn Renovation. The North American Industry Classification System is 561730 with a small business size of $7.0 million dollars annually. This is a 100% set-aside for a small business. Award will be a firm fixed contract. One or both line items will be awarded. Award will be made to the small business providing the Best Value to the Government.
