- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Minnesota City: Eagan, Mendota Heights, Mendota and Burnsville Delineated Area: City Limits of Eagan, Mendota Heights, Mendota and Burnsville, Minnesota Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,368 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,436 Space Type: General Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: The parking area does not necessarily need to accommodate fifteen (15) standard size vehicles, but must be as large as the space needed for fifteen (15) standard parking stalls, preferably in a square or rectangular arrangement. Parking area must be able to accommodate a variety of vehicles such as passenger cars, mini-vans, full size vans, buses, dump trucks, etc. Parking area does not need to be striped. Fenced parking is preferred. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, ABOA square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
