Description: The purpose of this amendment is to announce a site visit scheduled for September 7, 2012 at 10:00am to meet at VAMC Togus, B202, Engineering Conference Room, Augusta, Maine This amendment also provides a copy of the project plans and specifications as another source for ease in downloading. The solicitation and other attachments will only be available thru the ECMS vendor portal and must be downloaded from the ECMS vendor portal. The receipt for proposals is September 27, 2012 a 1:00PM, proposals must be submitted via the ECMS vendor portal, no hard or electronic copies will be accepted. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, David.Bullerwell@va.gov.
