- DLA Contracting Services Office Philadelphia plans to award a sole-source Sustainment and Maintenance support services task order against GSA Schedule GS-10F-0320P. The task order is necessary to continue operation of the Apparel Research Network Supply Chain Management System for the Defense Logistics Agency located at Great Lakes. The POP for this effort will be 12 months beginning October 1, 2012 to allow the necessary time to finalize the follow-on ARN solicitation.
