Description
Past Performance Questionnaire Request for Information Form AF 3064 AF Form 66 for the POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants Project. Escort Policy Manas Design Standards. Drawings for the POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants project. Statement of Work for the POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants project. Solicitation for the POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants project. The 376 Expeditionary Contracting Squadron intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, and all other items necessary to complete the POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants project in accordance with the attached statement of work dated 28 June 2012 and all associated documents and drawings. The firm is required to provide all services necessary for the construction of this project. The principal features of work for this project are the installation of one (1) American style hydrant and one (1) Russian style hydrant. Project includes all aspects of the replacement of water mains, valves, service connections, and fire hydrants in accordance with specifications and drawings for 12-0960 POL Water Infrastructure Hydrants. The Contractor shall be responsible for any necessary surveys, excavations, soil boring, soil analyses, chemical tests, laboratory tests, pressure tests, electrical tests, corrosion and cathodic protection tests, asbestos and lead based paint surveys, and any other tests required for complete construction of the project. The contractor shall be responsible for locating all utilities in the area of construction, and for accommodating or modifying them, as required for the construction of this project. The Contractor shall be responsible for demolition of existing facilities as required to complete Contract Work. Construction project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Total Performance Period for Construction and Design is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is not being set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Contract award will be determined using the Source Selection procedures in FAR Par 15. Please acknowledge all requirements in proposals. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. No response to this notice is necessary. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
