REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Issued By: 633d Contracting Squadron/LGCA 4 September 2012 74 Nealy Avenue Langley AFB, VA 23665 RFQ NUMBER: F2QT322157A001 TITLE: Rackmount PC Terminal This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13 procedures. Submit only written quotations for RFQ F2QT322157A001 in response to this solicitation. This RFQ constitutes the only notice as this requirement is exempt from synopsis by FAR 5.202(a)(13). This acquisition is set-aside for SB under NAICS code 334112 with a 1,000 Employee size standard. Please submit a quote for the items listed below: Description Quantity EA 15 Each 19" Rackmount Industrial PC. PN SL-1U-3-Q67SW-DB from Superlogics.com with upgrades to include i7 3.4GHz CPU, 8GB DDR3, Windows 64Bit Professional OS, 4 Port USB 2.0 Back plate, 20"-24" adjustable slide rails for 1U chassis. Or Equal 3 Each 24" Universal Mount Monitor. PN CYRAQ 24J-CUST from cyberresearch.com with added features specifications include, Anti reflective bonding, Custom 24" Wide X 21" high black faceplate (EIA 310 mounting stand), Front OSD controls. Or Equal 1 Each Technical Control Console. PN A-01499-1 Challenger SF from equiptoelec.com. Or Equal Includes assembly at customers location. See attached Rack/ Console Depiction PDF for what the console should look like. Or Equal Additional Information The required delivery date is 45 days after date of contract. FOB point is Destination. All quotes must be emailed to POC SSgt Justin Scherer at 633 CONS/LGCA by 13 September 2012, 12:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST). All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Date Offer Expires, Warranty, Line Item Unit Price(s), and Total Price.
