- ****WHEN BIDDING PLEASE USE THE "W912L8-12-B-0008PAVINGCONFORMEDDOCUMENT" THIS DOCUMENT HAS ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES FROM AMENDMENT0001 AND 0002. ALSO PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE AMENDMENTS**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The West Virginia Air National Guard located at Charleston, WV and the USPFO for West Virginia intends to aw ard a single, firm fixed price contract to perform and complete Repair Pavements Facility 4010 and Construct Base of C-130 Display at the West Virginia Air National Guard, 1679 Coonskin Drive Charleston, West Virginia, 25311-5000 for the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, West Virginia. Work shall be performed in accordance w ith the plans and specifications. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. This project is being solicited to contractors w ho have a contractor's license registered in West Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310. Construction project magnitude is betw een $25K and $100K. Persons w ho intend to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-bid conference and site visit.
