- This combined synopsis/solicitation is being extended until Friday, 07 September 2012. Quotes shall be received electronically via email not later than 5:00PM Eastern Daylight time. Quotes shall be submitted to the individual names below. Formal amendment documents will be uploaded as soon as possible. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, AZ has a requirement for an electronic antenna polarization positioner at the Compact Range to either replace or refurbish the existing antenna feed positioner. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to request Firm-Fixed Price, competitive quotes from vendors to deliver the items stated in the schedule of the attached solicitation document in accordance with the stated salient characteristics. Please see attached solicitation document for all Salient Characteristics/Specifications and requirement of this acquisition. Please be sure to READ ALL SECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY. All required documentation and information must be received prior to solicitation closing. Non-compliance with any of the instructions in the attached solicitation document may result in rejection of your offer. The Government intends to award based upon quotes/proposals as received. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 750 employees. Quotes/Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to Cheryl Todd, cheryl.m.todd.civ@mail.mil, NOT LATER THAN 5:00PM EDT on FRIDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER 2012. All questions shall be submitted IN WRITING electronically via email before the offer due date to the above named individual PRIOR to the closing time and date of this solicitation.
