- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due time to 11:59 PM from 5:00 PM. No other changes have been made. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to provide logging and other wireline services as well as to fill cracks and voids in the cement to stop the flow of water to the surface in a replacement artesian potable water well. The work is located in Fremont County, CO. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110, with a standard size of $33.5M. The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 76 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This acquisition will be advertised on an unrestricted basis and is open to both large and small businesses.
