- SPAWAR Atlantic Intends to Issue a Sole Source Award to L-3 Communications Corporation, 1 Federal Street, Camden, NJ under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) IAW FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is to purchase 50 Each L-3 P/N KL0050334-502 Tactical Talon Kit Includes Talon PCMCIA Card with 12 Month Warranty, User Software and Operating Manuals, Ethernet Adapter for Use with KOV-26, and Tactical Carrying Case (hard shell case with foam insert).
