Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch, AFLCMC/HNCK Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for the following items: Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
