- Statement of Work (SOW) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; THE GOVERNMENT IS REQUESTING PROPOSALS AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR 1 YEAR INTERACTIVE VOICE RECOGNITION SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR THE INTERACTIVE INTELLIGENCE (ININ) INC. IVR SYSTEM AT HILL AFB, UT. ALL INTERESTED VENDORS MUST BE CERTIFIED THROUGH ININ TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.
