- The government requires ground services for a base period of approximately eight (8) months plus 2 one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide shall provide all labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations and services in accomplishing grounds maintenance operations (as required, in compliance with the provisions listed in the specifications and attachments. Place of performance is 14 Carver Street, Granby, Ma 01033-9527. A single award shall be made and that resultant award shall be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement shall be 100% small business set-aside. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping Services which has a small business size standard of $7 million. Interested offerors are encouraged to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register your company in SAM, go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose total aggregate price is lowest.
