- 13 July 12: MICC-FC has posted Contracting's briefing slides, conference and site visit attendance, historical task order information, and site visit questions and answers. 16 July 12: DOL briefing slides from pre-proposal conference posted. The DOL briefing contains information about the overall DOL operation, not just the DOL Logistics Support Services contract. Offerors shall propose to the workload and requirement as stated in the RFP and its amendments and attachments. 18 July 12: RFP Amendment 0001 released, revised attachments posted. 25 July 12: Pre-site visit and Pre-Proposal Conference questions posted. 27 July 12: Partial Post Site Visit Questions posted. 1 Aug 12: This notice is to inform all interested parties the Government anticipates taking the following actions for the RFP: 1) Extended the proposal due to 5:00 PM, 14 August 2012 2) Posting amendment 2 minor changes to CDRLs, Section M, PWS, and attachment 4 This amendment is anticipated to be posted on or around 7 August. 2 Aug 12: Posted Final Post-Site Visit Q&As and CORRECTED Site Visit Q&As (Q58 and 106). Amendment 2 will extend proposal due date to 5:00 PM, 14 August 2012. 3 Aug 12: Posted RFP Amendment 2, revised CDRLs document, revision 1 of CDRLs list, revision 2 of attachment 1 and 4, and pre-site visit Q&As (corrected Q11). 6 Aug 12: Subject line changed from "Solicitation Amendment 0001" to "Solicitation Amendment 0002." No other changes made. 7 Aug 12: The Government anticipates amending the solicitation to correct a workload error in Attachment 10 Historical/Projected Workload. Option year two for Maintenance Projected Workload (Manhours) on page 117 and Allied Trades Workload Projected Manhours by Skill on page 118 will be changed to 10 months of work instead of 12 months. 8 Aug 12: RFP Amendment 0003 released, conformed copy of RFP provided, revision 2 attachment 10, and revised post-site visit Q69 posted. Please see changes in yellow on page 117 and 118 of attachment. 10 Aug 12: NO CHANGES MADE. FBO LISTING JUST UPDATED TO SHOW AN AMENDMENT HAD BEEN CREATED IN ASFI. NO RFP DOCUMENT CHANGES WERE MADE WITH THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENTS 1, 2, and 3 WITH PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. 4 Sept 12: NO CHANGES MADE. This is to reactivate the documents on the ASFI link. No response is requested from any Offeror at this time.
