- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for Air Compressor Rental during Lock and Dam 6 dewatering at Trempealeau WI. Contractor shall provide (1) 1600 CFM or greater Air Compressor with after cooler and (1) 185 CFM Compressor from 12/27/12-3/15/13. Quotes shall include delivery, setup, test run and operational training. 1 month option extensions will be included through 6/14/13. Solicitation number W912ES-12-T-0182 is issued. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 532412 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.sam.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
