Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55 Effective on January 1, 2012. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The solicitation W912LC-12-T-0031 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333923. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. We need a quote for an External Lift Equipment. Used or remanufactured equipment will not be considered for award. Requirements are the following: 1) 120 foot, 12 strand plasma rope, 25,000 pound working load limit electric long line with 25,000 pound working load limit, remote electric cargo hook 25,000 pound load limit (swivel) with rubberized coated steel cage and two wire electric swivel, QTY 1 2) UH60/CH47 hand control kit, QTY 1 3) We must have a trolley for the line storage system. QTY 1 High strength, light weight, lift line with remote cargo hook for helicopter external load operations. See below for additional information for the requirements.
