- Companies are invited to make a presentation on their capabilities as related to the requirements outlined in the Request for Information, LMAMS at a location TBD in Huntsville, Alabama on October 16, 2012. Oral presentation time slots (45 minutes with 15 minutes additional question/answer period) will be available to all companies that submit a written request noting interest in making a presentation. The Government will make a presentation at a time TBD prior to vendor oral presentation on 16 October 2012. To minimize the number of telephone calls, the preferred method of communication is e-mail. Written requests should be sent by e-mail to the primary points of contact listed below. Confirmation of your available slot and instructions for submitting the oral presentation will be provided by October 3, 2012. Your company will be required to submit the presenter's name, phone number, and e-mail address by October 9, 2012. Instructions for submitting the presentation will be included in the notification confirming the assigned time slot with guidelines to ensure presentation is focused toward meeting the intended objective. All interested vendors with the capabilities identified herein are encouraged to respond to this RFI by providing the information specified above on or before September 28, 2012.
